Cortisol is one of the hormones which can be diluted by drinking lots of water. The brain needs a lot of fluid to function correctly and that is why the doctors recommend the use of water as a way of dealing with stress. This fluid is also critical in the elimination of toxic substances that may inhibit the proper operation of the body and the brain.

There are people who would go for therapy. When stress is overwhelming you and the rates are high, it is required that one should go for therapy. The strategy is highly recommended because through the aid of the specialists; you will be able to come out stronger. Suppose you resort to going for therapy consistently, the brain will be relieved, and you will regain the normal self.
